I do not recommend this clinic. After going there for a molar extraction due to an infection, they prescribed antibiotics which, instead of relieving the pain, made it worse and even caused a dental abscess. Then they sent me to the clinic for tests—heart tests, and so on—and so many others that in the end, none of them helped. They just made me spend over 15,000 pesos on cardiology and tests, and I kept writing and writing and writing and they didn't answer. They finally replied after 8 hours, supposedly saying they were busy and that I should have sent the tests the day before. End of story. I went to another dentist the same day and they extracted the tooth without any fuss. It's not the same going to a dentist with 26 years of experience who knows what they're doing as going to this clinic, which I'm giving a bad reputation for not knowing how to treat a patient properly. I'm giving it one star, because if there were zero, I would give it zero. The dentist I went to is located at Plaza Quisqueya 27 de Febrero, second floor. He's a dentist with a golden touch... As an Italian, I recommend him 100%. Don't go to this Odonto Ruiz clinic. They'll make you spend more than you should...

After my last visit, I was impressed with their dedication and the quality of their work. The staff is truly responsible and it's clear they care about their clients' dental health. Highly recommended!
