Good location, safe environment, very kind staff

The place is inexpensive, but because it's almost directly across from the presidential palace, he couldn't enter or leave his room due to security protocols. The military didn't treat him well, and he feels uncomfortable in the neighborhood.

Excellent place to enjoy a pleasant stay, whether short or long.
