They always respond quickly and the service is very friendly. I've never had any complaints about their work.

Bad experience at this establishment Upon arrival, one of the employees asked me what I needed, but then left me waiting for over 10 minutes because she was visibly busy. While I waited, a man arrived who, apparently, was a friend of the manager. He had a 172-page document, and yet he was attended to immediately, completely disregarding my turn. Furthermore, I found it very unfair that they charge 300 pesos for a resume, while this man was only charged 175 pesos for the 172 pages, clearly due to preferential treatment. When I expressed my frustration with the wait, I responded curtly, and the employee replied with the same unprofessional attitude. To top off the bad experience, since I didn't buy a folder, they handed me the document directly, along with the invoice, without any consideration for the presentation of the material. Moral of the story: if you're not a friend of the manager, don't expect good service or priority. The customer service leaves much to be desired.

Very good, efficient, and affordable. They always meet the delivery deadline, and their work is excellent.
