The worst thing that can happen to someone starting a transportation business is partnering with this monstrosity of a company that calls itself "Logistics Efficiency." They don't honor the contract, they charge exorbitant fees and commissions, they're late with payments, there's no way to contact them, they have poorly trained and irresponsible employees, they have no interest in solving problems they themselves create, and they don't allow you to escalate issues to higher-level managers; if you try to assert your rights, they restrict you. I curse the day my husband and I decided to start working with this bunch of irresponsible charlatans who, with a pittance of an investment, sell companies looking to improve their logistics the idea that things will go better with them.
