Not content with me being inside my vehicle, these thieves told me the traffic officer had already entered it into the system remotely. She called a tow truck and took my car away. This country is a joke. All the cars are parked illegally, and the ones who get screwed are those who can't afford it. I found my car with a broken headlight and damaged, and nobody is taking responsibility for the accident.
It's a mess. The cars they tow are handpicked. You won't see a single luxury vehicle in the parking lot. The staff is incompetent and incapable of providing a reasonable explanation, and when you complain, they threaten to impound your car for two days. The supposed supervisor doesn't know, and nobody has the information. The change we all wanted.
Even though nobody wants their vehicle towed, the staff at the station were very friendly and didn't take advantage of the situation: I paid the fine and they took my vehicle (which was in good condition; nothing was damaged or stolen).
Incorrect location that makes one waste time and the customer service line does not work on Saturdays while they do open on Saturdays
Serious question... Didn't they think about other areas that also suffer from this problem? They should have at least included one outside the city center. Goodness, the universe revolves around those four.
