Since they had an agreement with my insurance company, I went to Oftalmológica for my routine eye exam. The place is spacious, clean, and bright, with plenty of room. That day it was quite empty, and the air conditioning was powerful (I suggest bringing a coat if you get cold easily). I saw a lot of administrative and customer service staff, who didn't seem bothered by the wait and answered questions about it reluctantly. The appointment time is "estimated," so I don't recommend making plans expecting the appointment to be on time, as mine was significantly delayed. I felt that the doctor I saw was "okay," although very quick, and I got the impression that he was just going through the motions.
Prompt service, Dr. Lovaton is very professional, up-to-date, and friendly.
Excellent place, new facilities, good professionals and attentive service; they are investing in a pleasant patient experience. Congratulations!
I can say that this place has the best doctors in the country...
Poor service and management: I was told over the phone that I had to go to Viva Max first, but when I got there they said it wasn't necessary. I put myself in line and after waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes, I asked when it would be my turn. They told me I was next. Half an hour later I asked again and it was the same thing. Half an hour after that, it was the same. I had to ask for my insurance and leave. I waited almost 3 hours. All the patients who were there when I arrived had already left, and some of the new ones had already been seen. You don't play around with people's time. If you make an appointment, it's to schedule your turn. What if I had left it for later? Very bad service!
