Best Nikkey food in Santiago. Everything we ordered here was fantastic. The atmosphere feels classy and refined yet very relaxed and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and happy to explain the menu and make recommendations if needed. Amazing place, would love to come back any day.

One of my favorite spots in Santiago. I haven’t been in a while, but I’ll definitely be going back soon. The vibe, atmosphere, and food are all amazing—and the drinks are seriously top tier. I love how the place blends indoor and outdoor spaces. My favorite area is the back outdoor section—they literally have a tree going through the restaurant, and it just feels incredible. Valet service is always on point. If it’s busy, I recommend giving your ticket to your waitress when you’re about to pay so your car is ready and waiting out front.

I went to Hollis with high expectations because I had heard good things about it. I even came all the way from Punta Cana specifically to eat there, thinking it would be worth the trip. Honestly, it was a waste of time. The food looked better in pictures than on the table. What I got was just average at best — bland flavors, small portions, and nothing special considering the prices. Definitely not worth traveling for. The service didn’t help either. Slow, inattentive, and no real care for the customer. No one checked in or made us feel welcome. The most frustrating part is making the effort to travel from another city, spending money and time, just to get a meal that any regular place could do better. It didn’t meet expectations at all. I don’t recommend it, and I wouldn’t go back.

Best restaurant in Santiago by far. Every single thing was amazing. Great cocktails, sushi, salads, bao buns…. Loved everything about this place.
