They are really incredible for professionality and kindness. The Lady who owns the place is always ready to help and fantastic for the service, so well as the Doctor and their assistants. Thank you so much for everything; I’ve seen some other places which offers the same or similar products but in none I have ever seen such a group of professionals. Highly recommended!!

Currently on vacay and lost my glasses in the sea. I was so upset. I called but they dont speak English. I went to reception at my resort and they translated for me. I walked 15mins which was easy and they got me my glasses within 30 minutes. Im so thankful to them. I couldn't believe it. In the us it takes 1+ week to get your glasses. It was $130 so reasonable. Im forever thankful. You saved my vacation.

I’ve been using this office for the last few years without any trouble until today. I visited about a year ago and went just for a consultation as I was purchasing my frames online. As I’m about to renew my glasses I went for a consultation today. The service was horrible from the beginning. They asked if it was my first time and when I indicated no, then asked if the frames I was wearing was purchased at their office and I informed no. The receptionist seemed to take an attitude then and declined to fill out my information when her colleague asked her to, so the other young lady filled it out and brought me into the doctor’s office. When the appointment was over the receptionist asked if I would be renewing my glasses and I said no I would just like to pay for the consultation. She then proceeded to explain that was not allowed and that the consultation was free and she couldn’t give me the physical copy of my prescription nor could I access the information. She also asked where I would be purchasing the glasses and when I said online she only confirmed that she definitely couldn’t give me my prescription. I then explained that the last time there was no issue and she replied that the rule had been changed. I understand that eye doctors may be suffering because many people are resorting to purchase frames online because it’s way more affordable, even designer frames, however the process has to be explained to the client before someone goes in and wastes their time, only to be denied the prescription. It just goes to show how many of these businesses don’t really care about the people, they just care about making money. At least have people with better attitudes and sales skills, because I’m certain if her approach had been different I might’ve just purchased my frames and contacts right then and there. Definitely won’t be returning or recommending to anyone.

I was having an amazing vacation at a nearby resort when I accidentally sat on my prescription glasses. I took a cab to Optica America hoping they could do a quick fix to get me through the last few days. Not only were they able to, they restored my glasses to new condition!! I would HIGHYLY RECOMMEND them for any eye glasses needs!! MUCHAS GRACIAS!!!

The lens in my glasses fell out, I went to optical Americana to see if they could repair them. After a few minutes they returned my glasses better than new .They didn't charge me anything at all. Great customer service and very friendly.
