Beautyful, fast, great service.

The customer service was excellent, but the quality of the work was terrible. I had been getting my glasses made there for 12 years, but this time they made me go 5 times because the glasses were poorly made, and I finally took them because I was tired of so many trips, even though I knew they charge more than what's available on the market.

Good parking availability. Good customer service. But the prices are outrageously high. The commitment time is 15 days, but they call you sooner to let you know they're ready.

I've been a customer of this optician for years. Basically, my family gets their glasses from them. In the last year, their service has been terrible. Besides failing to meet the agreed delivery deadlines, the quality of the work has been appalling. The last pair they made had to have one lens remade because the prescription didn't match the one I ordered, and it turns out the ones I picked up today were made backwards—the prescription for the left lens in the right and vice versa. It's shameful to receive such service, and to top it all off, they get angry when I complain and treat me like I'm some kind of outcast for complaining about such poor service.

The doctor and the girl who helped me were very kind and helpful, but I've been waiting three days for my glasses because they supposedly don't have the materials, and the courier "never" arrives. They've been waiting for three days. You don't mess around with people's time and eyesight. I've been calling since the day they told me my glasses would be ready, and I only received rude responses from their customer service representatives. One even left me on hold and then hung up. Then I called again, and without even asking my name, they told me no. They've lost a customer.
