I went to the Independencia branch and the girls were very attentive. They gave me coffee, mints for my daughter, and the glasses were exactly as I wanted them. They were ready in two days. ✅ Excellent service.

A terrible experience. I'd always bought my glasses there, but this last time was awful. It took them a month and a half to deliver my glasses because they'd made the lenses with a different prescription than mine, and the frames were scratched and they didn't have any replacements. They kept telling me I had to keep waiting and wouldn't give me a date or refund my money. In the end, I had to say I was going to file a complaint with the consumer protection agency, and that's when they told me to choose different glasses so they could resolve the issue. The service is awful; they treat you very badly, except for a tall, dark-haired woman who is the only friendly person in the branch. I'll never buy from them in San Pedro Sula again, and I don't recommend them to anyone. I didn't even like the glasses; they don't even darken like my previous ones, and they have a mark from the lens. Oh well, I never want to hear about that optical shop again.
