We just arrived from Samana, we were a group of 22 people and we enjoyed best excursion organized by Irina. Quadraciycles and Buggy in the real Jungle, it was our best experience in Dominican Republic. Our kids were very excited and impressed. We visited El Limón beach which is magical, gorgeous. Everything was very well organized so I highly recommend Optima Tours Samana. We also booked a private transfer from the airport, because of the kids. Perfect service. 👌🇩🇴🌴

The trip was excellent! Despite initial uncertainty at the hotel about the possibility of a direct journey from Samana to Isla Saona, Optimatours organized it perfectly. The private VIP transfer to Bayahibe and the boat trip to Isla Saona were simply fantastic! Special praise goes to our driver, Carlos, who was terrific. The journey to Saona took about 3.5 hours, and due to evening traffic, the return trip took 4 hours – still a great experience!

Thanks to Optima Tours Samana by Irina, we had a great experience during our vocation in early September. The tour guide was very good and helpful, ensuring that the trip was safe despite the pouring rain and my zero experience with quadricycles. I will definitely recommend Irina and her team to anyone.

Whales excursion tour was amazing. Best price that i found on the whole island. We made many memories that day! Island Bacardi and the waterfall were bit crowded, but it's really worth it to visit these places! Organization is on top, Irina always was in touch with us👍🏼 highly recommend

It was an utterly terrible experience from start to finish. The service was abysmal, safety concerns were apparent, and there was a complete lack of information or a proper guide, except for an elderly man struggling to translate basic instructions in three languages, such as advising us to use the bathroom before boarding the boat. The entire day involved chaotic transfers between multiple buses, leaving us feeling disoriented and shuffled around. Out of the 10-hour duration, we spent a mere 4 hours outside of their cramped buses. The service was virtually non-existent, and the people involved were discourteous. To top it off, on the return journey, they attempted to leave us stranded in the middle of nowhere, far from our hotel. Adding to the ordeal, a drunken altercation erupted on the bus, showcasing the exhaustion and frustration resulting from this disappointing "tourist trap." If you value decent service, self-respect, and a peaceful experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this blatant scam.
