My husband and I got the couples supernova package with the foot bath and massage. This was an incredibly beautiful and relaxing experience. Our masseuses were kind, professional, and amazing at their job! I highly recommend Orion to anybody visiting Santiago. And anytime I come home to visit family, I will definitely book another massage (or two) here!

We had the most wonderful experience at Orion Wellness. The space is beautifully thought out, with an elegant, elevated, and luxurious aesthetic that still feels calming and serene. Our group of four was treated with such care from start to finish. The masseuses were incredibly professional, attentive, and thoughtful with every detail. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this one. I have to share my experience at Orion Wellness Spa in Santiago because I believe others should be aware before deciding to visit. Even though the spa "looks" polished and professional, my massage was deeply uncomfortable from the start. The long periods of "extremely light touching" felt unusual and inappropriate to me, and it made me tense and uneasy throughout the session. Near the end, the massage suddenly shifted to very intense pressure that left me unpleasant sore afterward. What I expected to be a relaxing treatment instead became an experience that felt emotionally overwhelming and distressing. The service quality I received did NOT match the image presented in their photos or online presence, and this mismatch left me feeling genuinely uncomfortable. I strongly recommend being cautious before booking here.

We have done a few couples massages over the past few years, from high-end US resorts to Caribbean excursions. This was our favorite. The decor and vibe as you enter is beautiful and serene, aided by the wonderful, friendly service from the front door to reception. We did the supernova, and loved every second. The program was perfectly constructed, and the masseuses were excellent. Even the vibe in the room from the ambiance to the aroma were fantastic. Our friend got the chiropractor treatment and also raved about it. You only need to make through downtown Santiago traffic in one piece, then you'll be in heaven!

Orion wellness is the complete package! A total serene experience from the moment I walked in. The attention to detail in the decor, lighting, personalized approach to choosing my own scent, guided mediation before my massage and scrub were top tier. The service was a whole hour and felt long definitely my money’s worth. I especially liked how everything felt clean the robes, towels, new coverings for your private areas. The stars above me while I was getting my massage were the key to my relaxing massage where I feel asleep many times ☺️. Unforgettable experience at Orion and my first massage experience of this kind thank you all!
