I went to this dental office specifically to get a filling, which was clearly communicated from the beginning. However, I was given an evaluation without being informed beforehand that it would have an additional cost. I was subsequently charged for this evaluation, and the filling was never performed, which is why I ended up paying for a service I neither requested nor authorized. I consider this practice unprofessional and lacking in transparency, since patients should be informed clearly and in advance about all costs before receiving any service. This lack of proper communication creates distrust and a negative experience for the patient.

I live in the United States, and honestly, I prefer coming to the Dominican Republic for any dental treatment. The quality of the work is impeccable, the service is very personal and professional, and you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into the office. Everything is modern, well-explained, and the results exceed expectations. Even though I live abroad, it's totally worth the trip to get treatment here. I recommend it 100%.
