It’s one of the oldest and traditional babershops in Dominican Republic but most specifically in Santo Domingo. They offer a wide array of services likes massages, manicure, pedicure, etc. Also, they have a bar and cigar lounge. Mantequilla Pikete is a good barber there.

Good stylists and personal attention. A little bit more expensive than other shops but it is a stand alone building with a good sized staff

Hairdressers can be unprofessional, even rude, if you don't engage them in conversation, especially if you prefer to look at your phone. By the way, I went to this place twice, and both times I didn't get a satisfactory haircut simply because the hairdresser who attended to me (unfortunately, it was the same one both times) apparently didn't know how to handle my hair. It also didn't help that this hairdresser (if I remember correctly, his name was Ureña) always spoke to me in a condescending tone. A terrible overall experience with the service. It goes without saying that they need to have higher standards when hiring hairdressers so that clients don't have this kind of experience. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
