Renting a car through Ovidio was so easy! He and his willing assistant managed it all seamlessly and always with a smile. Airport pick up and drop off ensured our holiday started smoothly and ended without any issues! The 2 issues we had were sorted really quickly, though I would add that the car was amazing! Really well equipped and very clean! Thanks to all the team at Ovidio for helping make our holiday truly memorable!

Ovidio and his assistant offered me excellent service! I will continue to go back to them every time I’m in Las Terrenas. Was extremely flexible and kind. Since I rented the ATV late in the day he didn’t charge me for that day, which was very nice. Upon returning the ATV he gave me a ride back to the hotel free of cost. We didn’t have time to fill the ATV with gas as stated in the contract and he kindly accepted it back with no push back. He has the best ATVs compared to his competitors. They are brand new and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend you go with Ovidio for all rental services. Will recommend to all family and friends. Unfortunately, we had a dreadful experience with this car rental service that completely ruined our day. We had prearranged the rental of six ATVs and were assured they would be delivered to our villa. However, at the last minute, they informed us that we would need to go to their office in a van that couldn’t accommodate everyone, making the situation both uncomfortable and unprofessional. Upon arriving, we were met by Ovidio, who was rude, impolite, and had an intimidating demeanor from the outset. To make matters worse, he refused to provide individual contracts, claiming it was "too much work," and insisted that one person take full responsibility for the rental. While we were finalizing the contract, Ovidio continued to issue intimidating threats, warning that if we exceeded certain boundaries, he would shut off the ATVs and end our ride. Faced with this hostile environment, we decided to cancel the rental and requested transportation back to our villa, as we had no other way to return. Incredibly, Ovidio refused to assist us, leaving us stranded without any consideration. In summary, this service is absolutely deplorable, with staff who lack professionalism and courtesy. I would strongly advise against trusting this place for your rentals. Avoid it at all costs.
