Excellent customer service. I was recommended this place, went, and received excellent service. They answered all my questions and concerns. Mr. Sosa and a very kind lady provided top-notch service. When I choose to buy something, I'll go there. Fair prices, brand new scooters and motors in their original packaging, without a single scratch, and never used (unlike others that claim to be "new" but are imported with scratches and in what looks like used condition, at the same price as a brand new scooter). Here at P&P, they are brand new. And they sell my favorite scooter, the 2022 Cappuccino.

The staff seem completely lost when you ask more in-depth questions about the features. When you see a Nipponia scooter next to a Tauros scooter and ask about their features, the saleswoman would reply, "Oh, this one's a Nipponia and the other one's a Tauros." She'd say, "I already know that, it's written on each one." When you asked about the differences, this clueless saleswoman would say one is gray and the other is red. I don't think they can sell much with such an untrained staff. It's a shame for such a large store.

P&P Comercial, a motorcycle and scooter dealership, is the largest distributor of these two-wheeled vehicles in La Romana and probably the entire country. They supply them for both personal use and passenger transport, known as motoconchos or mototaxis, which are also widely used for delivery services for small grocery stores, pizzerias, pharmacies, and other businesses. If you can't find what you're looking for there, you won't find it anywhere else in the country.
