They're so unprofessional they leave you stranded, wanting you to cover expenses you shouldn't have to pay. They claim the car is poorly maintained, half the lights weren't working, and they couldn't even give it a zero rating. Since it was far away, they said they'd bring another car that never arrived. I had to pay for a hotel because the car wouldn't start, and they blamed me for the problem. They're quick to collect payment, slow to give refunds, and they use their own calculations because they can't afford to lose money. Now tell me it was through an intermediary, but the contract is with you, and you all come hand in hand. 🤣
