Extremely disappointing experience. I scheduled an appointment in advance specifically to go before my classes, and they completely ignored my messages. I asked to confirm the time on Saturday, followed up the next day, and got no response. It is NOT just about doing nails customer service matters. If you don’t believe me, check their other reviews. Completely unacceptable.

The “regular prices” are not bad, but what they usually do for what happened to me twice (first some bath bomb and then with extra hydration) and looking at other reviews it is a common practice for them, they will casually tell you “oh your feet are dry, want to add some hydration?” But forget to mention it’s literally 3 times the price of what you are there for. I understand it will cost more like for sure but My gel pedicure was 700$ and the hydration which later was stated on the receipt as “Spa pedicure” was 2000$ extra!!! Like make it make sense! Very loud place, sense of urgency is non existent, never coming back.

All the ladies working were super nice and the woman doing my nails did such a nice job. I really enjoyed my experience and will be returning in the future 💗

Very pricy , did my nails gel got charged $48 USA . And no I did not put nails, oh and by the way it was a fill in … the girl did a good job but toooooo much for this

They offer manicures and pedicures. They are very well organized with many work stations. What I like most is that you don't need an appointment as long as it's from Wednesday to Saturday. So if ever you needed to freshen up your nail unexpectedly this is where you go. On Mondays and Tuesdays an appointment is needed with a deposit to secure your spot Depending on the day/ time I went the least I have had to wait was 20 minutes and the most was an hour ... ( It was a Saturday afternoon at 5 🙃🙃🙃, so of course lol). The price is about the same as most places. Welp I have an update The more I think about it the more I feel cheated and that's why I am taking 2 stars off. Out of the blue they charged me more for my pedicure.... I asked why and they told me it depends on how the technician charges the service!!? What do you mean? I asked for a basic pedicure so I expect to pay the basic price. So if a technician decides to over charge you for fun you just have to accept it. Nope! They just lost a customer. I will make appointments somewhere else where there is no surprise in the cost of the service.
