Food was good. Food took too long. Staff gave us wrong device and we had to wait even longer. Staff gave us attitude. Manager was talking bad and receptionist wouldn’t give us 8 forks for our family of 8. We all had to walk up to the cashier in order to get the 8 forks.
Terrible service. I ordered a personal pizza and they told me to pick it up in 20 minutes. When I got there, they said they'd made a mistake and I had to wait another 8 minutes. It was undercooked, and instead of ham, they gave me pepperoni. They need to improve their preparation times and pay attention to customer orders.
Terrible service. I ordered a personal pizza for my child, and after me, several other people paid and their orders came out first. I waited 40 minutes for a small pizza.
I placed an order today and what a surprise! I'm sorry to see the decline in the quality of their pizzas. There was hardly any sauce. It was almost tasteless. I don't know if this is a nationwide issue, but at least the La Romana location seems to have let its guard down. I've sent their staff to regular training courses so this doesn't happen again.
