Excellent place, when you are in a huery and need a dress, make up artist are fantastic

I made an appointment more than two months in advance, informing them that I was coming from Miami for four days. To reserve, I had to pay the full amount for the service. My appointment was at 11:30 a.m., and at 12:24 p.m., I received a call from Angelica saying she "had an accident and was stuck in traffic." I couldn't wait any longer due to other commitments. I arrived on time for my appointment, so I had to get up from the treatment table and leave without receiving the service. Angelica refunded me immediately. I understand that unforeseen events happen, but this is completely unacceptable. An apology doesn't excuse leaving without receiving the service, and they didn't even offer to reschedule for one of the following days while I was still in the country. I hope you don't have the same experience I did.

I've been going to Angélica for five years now, and it's been the best thing that's ever happened to me. It's not just about eyebrows and eyelashes; it's about feeling confident that you're in good hands, with experience, top-notch training, and on top of that, a very personal touch. I feel right at home. I've tried several of her different services and I'm extremely satisfied with all of them. I think all my friends are now part of the Palette family too, after seeing the results I've gotten, even those who live abroad.
