We stayed at this apartment at Olof Palmer St. #17, Apt. 702, Santo Domingo. It is a comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit. The location and building are very good, with underground parking and an electric gate. Unfortunately, our experience was affected by communication issues and listing inaccuracies. The apartment is advertised as having a washer and dryer, but it does not. It only has a manual washing sink and a small service-style room with an iron, ironing board, and a small bathroom. Communication with the host, Pamelva Paulino, was limited to text messages only, despite multiple contact numbers being provided (Reception 1, Reception 2, host, support contact Yeilin, and an emergency number). The emergency number listed confirmed they had no relation to this Airbnb. After an overnight trip, we returned late at night (early morning of the third day) and were locked out due to a changed access code. Attempts to contact the host went unanswered, and responses received later were hostile. A new code was eventually provided. The host later attempted to end the stay early without cause. The apartment was left in good condition, with extra supplies provided. Overall, good property, but host communication and issue handling lowered the experience.

Stayed on the 6th floor, building had no water for 24 hours, pigeon poop on the balcony, pigeons everywhere. Apartment full of ants. There were cockroaches coming out of the shower drain. I was supposed to stay for 14 days but I could no longer take the cockroaches and left in 7 days. I do not recommend this place.

First impression was okay but they got it together. Very secure facility, nice balcony view, affordable booking, and the layout of the rooms are very convenient. Office could do a better job of accommodating guests when they need things, but for the most part I was satisfied.

Super clean property. Pamelva thought of everything you need for a confortable stay! Easy to get to ,not for from everything! Viviana is a super easy to deal with! Thank you so much, I WILL BE BACK. Ty

Nice apt in center of the city. Rent by the month of more Secured and closed to bus lines and subway etc...
