A couple of weeks ago, I went to exchange some clasps and a necklace, and they treated me terribly. Yesterday, the woman who seemed to be the manager was there with another girl. When I told them I wanted to exchange the necklace (which hadn't been altered or removed from its clasp), I explained that I wanted to exchange it because when I got home, I thought it was too much for me, and I was sure I wouldn't wear it. They replied that that wasn't a valid reason and started examining it, suggesting it was black. I said, "Yeah, right, and it turns black in the same pouch you put it in, overnight?" They ended up saying all sorts of things. I started looking for the replacement, and they stood next to me like I was a thief. In the end, I couldn't exchange the necklace because I couldn't find anything I liked; I only exchanged some clasps I grabbed thinking they were clasps. They have no variety, they treat people badly, and the prices are high. A place I definitely won't be going back to, not even if you paid me.
