Her custom-made cakes are delicious and have lots of dulce de leche, but her cakes for sale don't have any filling, just meringue.

Their cake portions are well proportioned. The flavor is acceptable, but the service is very poor. It's important to be prompt when contacting them by phone; if not, then eliminate the line. And be more precise with your delivery time.

The service was terrible; the staff were practically uneducated. The delivery process is incredibly tedious; with each order, I've had to wait around 5 hours or more to receive the product, even when I insist. On one occasion, I wasted 6 hours of my time, only to be told later that I had to increase the delivery fee. And don't even get me started on the quality of the food.

The desserts and all the products are very good, but the staff is rude. How is it possible that you want to buy something and they tell you it's unavailable, you try to order it again and they come back and tell you it's unavailable? They need to rethink their approach; they're going to lose customers little by little.

Those women should have better service and dedication; they're inattentive and respond with a bad temper as if you're asking them for something 🙄
