After visiting the Hotel Mercedes Museum and enjoying the views from the Teleférico de Santiago, I stopped by Pan y Galletas Piki and it was a great decision. As soon as I walked in, I noticed they had pan de nata, and I ordered it without hesitation. I also tried the corn bread with coconut. The moment I tasted the pan de nata, it took me straight back to my childhood in Santiago. The flavor was fresh, authentic, and perfectly balanced. I highly recommend this place to anyone who appreciates quality and freshness. I will definitely be back!

A cool and pleasant place, you can have coffee and eat a dessert, I didn't like the dessert I bought as it tasted very artificial.

This is an excellent place to enjoy a bit of Santiago's history. It's been open to the public since 1917 and sells bread, cookies, cakes, and other delicious treats. I especially love the onion bread, and the price is fantastic—it's only $20, and it's a pretty big loaf for that price. With the way the economy is these days, I thought it would cost at least $30 or $40, but it's only $20. They also sell different kinds of juices and sodas, and you can have a great time there. I encourage everyone to go and enjoy this experience.

I love the cream bread they make there. The guys provide excellent service. It's the best cake in the whole country. If they had their own parking lot, it would be fantastic. (Don't pay attention to the homeless people; they're everywhere, but don't let your guard down either.) I say this because I've heard several comments about the same thing, and apparently that's why people don't go there, but I'm telling you, it's the best, affordable, and very hygienic!
