Great location, lots of variety sold out of all Punta Cana charms only disappointed because that’s what I came for

It was a little far from my resort, but fun to get to a mall. I was looking for a particular charm and the is the only place that had it.

I came to get a charm for DR & I did purchase. The attendants didn’t appear to be attentive or interested in showing the collection of charms, as displayed by body language & seldom eye contact. Yes we spoke different languages but we had a translation app available & that did not appear to be the main reason for the lack of interest. I was interested in buying multiple charms, but the service was poor to even bother.

Very nice mall, I like that it was quiet at this time of the day.

I was here May 9,2023. Very professional even with the limited English. My only problem is that they only had one Punta Cana charm. They said they would have more on Friday,the only problem with that is we paid $60.00 to get to the mall so we could get one.
