Customer service was ok, not great and I felt rushed. Additionally, stock was low and the store did not have the limited edition Dominican charms as indicated on the website. Lastly, there was no option to have the out of stock items shipped to the United States. TRULY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Good Afternoon, My name is Alexa and I bought a pandora bracelet with charms in Pandora of Agora mall, when I went there they were nice, they gave me information about the pandoras saying that the silver is real and that it won’t be able to break now today, my silver pandora broke and when I asked my friends or other people I know they told me that pandoras don’t break meaning that they’re fake, I was a little confused which clearly the staffs told me it was real silver and now I searched for information and they told me it was fake so now, the prices for the charm and the bracelet were 19k pesos which people told me it was normally at 4-7k pesos, so now I think that they scammed me out of my money, so please don’t buy your pandoras there and go to somewhere else

My mom brought for me a bracelet from Pandora in DR and the bracelet is black very black. That has never happened to none of my Pandora bracelets. I advise to do not buy from there. It’s not good at all.
