I went to this place in Alma Rosa with my family, really looking forward to a good meal, based on their Instagram ads, but it was a total disappointment. When we arrived, no one greeted us or told us where to sit. It took 15 minutes for a young woman, who looked tired, to take our order. The prices are different from what they advertise; they're more expensive. The menu lists drinks they don't make. They only have one chef, and through a glass partition in what's supposed to be a bar but is actually a kitchen (😂), she looked exhausted and stressed. The place isn't nice or comfortable at all. The food arrived an hour late. The lemon juice is artificial and they don't serve it in glasses but in plastic containers. I ordered a serving of pig's ears in teriyaki sauce, and they gave it to me with soy sauce. The portion was tiny and tasted bad; it seemed like it had been cooked for several days and was already stale. The fried food I ordered was also terrible. Everything was rushed and done carelessly, and the food was awful. They don't accept card payments. There are no cashiers; the waitress handles the payments manually. There's very little staff, and the customer service is terrible. I saw several people leave because they were left waiting and ignored upon arrival. There's no parking. They have a lot of room for improvement to make it a good place. Honestly, I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

The chicharrón tastes good, nothing to criticize, but that mofongo really looks like mangu, and there's no point in putting food safety seals on it.

The place is really cool and cozy. The food is very good.

I think there are a few inconsistencies in the food preparation, but I'll give it a chance; some things are too salty and others too salty.

The location needs to be changed, and the business needs to improve its customer service; it's too focused on delivery orders, it lacks staff to serve those 7 tables, and the service is very poor.
