I really like this stationery store. I've brought a few things in to be printed and designed, and I'm always happy with the results. I really appreciate the service from the girl and the guy who works there; he's very attentive. I also recommend it for buying small gifts. I've bought two handbags, for example, that the people I gave them to loved, and they're good quality.

Good stationery and excellent service

I've been going there for years, and I have absolutely no complaints. The employees are polite and always try to find a way to help. I'm a difficult customer, and I can attest that their patience with me is incredible! So far, I'm received with the same respect as from the beginning, and I'd even say even better. Those who demand a lot are the same ones who come in and speak rudely, and then expect to be served quickly.

Poor service from some of the staff. This stationery store has been my go-to place for any purchase I need, as it's certainly one of the most complete stationery stores here in La Romana. I wanted to leave this review to see if you would read it because it's very sad that despite everything the store offers, one encounters people who provide poor service. I've been there numerous times and have already received several instances of minor mistreatment, but these are the kinds of things that cause you to lose customers. Sometimes it's better to have only the necessary employees than to have employees who cause this kind of harm to customers. Please take this into account; it's still my favorite stationery store, but it's a small issue I've noticed on several occasions.
