They make some of the best chimichurri in Santo Domingo! Without a doubt, a must-visit for anyone wanting to try some of the best chimichurri I've ever had. They prepare it right in front of you, it's done perfectly, the price is reasonable, they're open late, and the staff is very friendly and chatty. I highly recommend stopping by and trying their chimichurri.
