Nice, modern parking lot only a few blocks away from the main tourism area of the Colonial Zone. If you're a tourist with a car you rented at the airport or elsewhere, do yourself a favor and park here and then you can walk all across the Zone. It's safe, well lit and close to everything. Cost is the equivalent to about USD $1-$2/hr. Well worth it for the peace of mind and ease of access.
