I've used this parking facility several times, as the location and pricing are convenient. However, the customer service has consistently been poor, with long wait times and staff appearing more focused on chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers. My latest visit on October 24, 2024, was the worst experience yet. Upon arrival, I was informed that my selected parking spot wasn’t available. I politely suggested that clearer signage would help, but my comment was met with indifference. Later, when I asked if I needed to validate my ticket before leaving, the staff member replied dismissively, suggesting I 'just try' and come back if it didn’t work. As I attempted to exit, the gate showed green, but a car in front began reversing unexpectedly. At this point, the same employee started yelling at me, accusing me of skipping payment. When I handed over my ticket to clarify, she continued to shout at me in a highly disrespectful manner. This type of treatment, especially in a facility frequented by tourists, reflects poorly on customer service standards. A more customer-oriented approach, or even a fully digital system, would make a significant improvement.
