An inconvenient, unsafe parking lot and a logistical nightmare. They pressured other parking lots to close in order to monopolize the service. The shuttle they offer only goes along El Conde Street with very specific stops, and you have to wait over 15 minutes for it. Either way, you have to pay for parking plus an Uber if you need to get to a specific place. It's truly a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend using it. For that, it's better to pay for a taxi round trip. It's cheaper. Your car isn't at risk, nor is the person at risk, because of a parking lot in a dangerous area.

It's a modern and very secure parking lot. They have a little train that takes you to the Colonial Zone and they'll pick you up to return you to the parking lot. Anthony gave us excellent service and helped us get to our destination. You can pay by card; I highly recommend it!

This park is a great solution for those visiting the Colonial Zone. It's clean, easily accessible, safe, and has very friendly staff. There are shuttle cars that take visitors to the area quickly and safely. ATMs are also available on-site.

Excellent. Organized, spacious, and safe. Perhaps a little out of the way, but it's only two blocks from Chinatown.

It's way too far away; you have to walk down all those dark streets to get to the area. Why couldn't they put it nearby or something? No, they literally put it on the 10th corner—it's ridiculous!
