Everytime I'm visiting the old city of Santo Domingo I park here. Always a spot and a good price for parking. Only downside is the location, all streets are one-way so you have to plan your route carefully.

Very convenient and easily accessible, but I was parked on the third level and when I went to leave there was a young man asking for money up there. I didn't feel safe at all seeing him alone on that level.

It's not bad, but I'm warning you that if you're going to leave your car with them, make sure you come back early to pick it up, because sometimes there's a long line. They do accept cards, which is great.
