The options were decent, nothing spectacular, but the service is horrible. I've shopped at this location on 2 different occassions and both times, the staff was uninterested in me as a customer. No welcome greeting, no offer of assistance, nor acknowledgement at check out. I have to literally hand the check out clerk an item, just so they would begin to check me out. All 3 women working, ignored me both visits, the entire time. If you can, try a different location. This one doesn't appreciate it's customers.
Good convenience store for birthday parties.
If you have to choose a place with TERRIBLE customer service, this one takes the cake. From the moment you ask for help, they give you dirty looks, refusing to help you at all, as if you were bothering them on their day off. Prices are never displayed on the products, and when it's time to pay, they make sarcastic comments about whoever is paying. Ugh, awful. There isn't a single day I come to this Party Fiesta where the service isn't TERRIBLE.
I went to buy some candles today and they wouldn't sell them to me because they didn't have change. The girl didn't even try to find change at any of the nearby stores. Terrible customer service.
Terrible service. One employee speaks very rudely when answering questions about their products. While another employee is helping you, this other one interrupts and contradicts her on purpose, as if she wants to get fired. When you ask about balloon colors, the other employee loudly replies from the back of the store that they don't have them and are only sold wholesale, while the first one (the youngest of the three employees) who is helping you says that they do have the color and that each balloon costs RD$15.
