Unfortunately, my visit to Pastelitos Valerio fell far short of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I encountered customer service that left much to be desired. The cashier had a completely indifferent attitude, with a demeanor as if she were there out of obligation, which created a negative and uncomfortable first impression. As a customer, one expects to be received with kindness and respect, especially in a food business where the entire experience is more than just the product. In this case, it was the complete opposite. I felt like I was inconveniencing them simply by placing an order. This type of treatment directly affects the perception of the business and drives customers away. It's not just about selling good pastries (which I didn't even get to enjoy because of the poor service), but about taking care of the human element and ensuring that every customer feels welcome. Personally, I wouldn't return to eat there as long as the service remains in this state. There are too many options on the market to choose one where the experience feels so hostile from the moment you walk in. I hope they reconsider the type of staff they have on the front lines, because the first impression a customer gets can make all the difference. I don't recommend this place until they make real changes to their customer service.

My first visit to the shop; we ordered a variety of items and were satisfied with the quality and flavor. The coffee was very good. Highly recommended for groups. The air conditioning could be cooler; I went at 11:00 am and it was about room temperature inside.

Very nice place. Delicious snacks, ideal for a quick get-together or party. Good prices and great flavor. I especially loved the kibbeh. The cheese balls were delicious. My kids were fascinated by the croquettes and mini pizzas. It was raining, and a young man outside came to get me with an umbrella—a very thoughtful touch. I'll be back.

Pastelitos Valerio is a highly recommended company for everyone. Their products are well worth it; they have excellent flavor and price. In addition, the staff is very friendly and empathetic. They are open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Excellent service.
