I had a terrible experience. The first time I went for a consultation, I was seen at number 6, even though I was number 1, because the receptionist gave the wrong folders. When I left the consultation, it turned out they had given my ID and insurance card to another patient. You can imagine the wait. When I went for my first therapy session, I gave the receptionist my insurance slip along with my card and ID. My folder had a man's name on it. When I went for my third therapy session, my insurance slip was missing. According to her, she had given it to me. But I know she hadn't because the day she was supposed to give it to me, she took her purse and left all the papers and folders on the counter, and she didn't tell me that the slip was mine. When I went back, I asked her to check my record to see if the slip was there, but she refused. I didn't go back.

A humanitarian center. The young therapists are very professional in their work. My mother has been receiving therapy there for several months, which has helped her a lot with her speech and movement.
