It's a excellent place to buy shoes, excellent prices and amazing return policies. I had a little problem with a pair of shoes I bought there and I was able to change it for another one withing seconds with my receipt. I definitely recommend it.

They'd rather let a customer leave than serve them if they arrive 20 minutes early, even if they're there. Just because they open to customers at 9:30 am, they'd rather lose the sale and let the dissatisfied customer leave with a need. Payless on the Sadhalla star, next to PriceSmart. Friendliness isn't everything; customer service is paramount. I bought my shoes elsewhere.
