Every time I go into this store, I feel like I'm bothering them because I ask questions that might interest one of the unfriendly employees. They don't focus on a customer; they take their time approaching you, even interrupting you along the way to answer their cell phone or chat with people they know. As someone with experience in many businesses, these employees don't seem to understand that they work in customer service. Furthermore, most of the shoes in this place have poor-quality soles and aren't very durable. They're shoes meant for short-term use and don't last at all. For these prices, you can find better quality and, above all, better service elsewhere. The man working there should be focusing on serving each customer instead of chasing after every woman who walks in like a hot dog.

Excellent prices and very friendly staff, excellent customer service and great deals. I suggest going to another branch because the shoes sell out quickly at this one.
