Good customer service. Good prices!
Very good bike mechanic
Like many before me, Topo's service is always excellent! However, the young cashier had no interest in serving customers or providing courteous service! Not at all. A real shame.
I've been a customer for many years. Great service, good prices, and guidance tailored to each person's needs and aspirations. I hadn't been in about two years, but today I went to have one repaired that had been exposed to the elements for years. I didn't know God had called its founder and top salesman home a few months ago. I'm sure his children, who were with him from a young age, will be able to continue his legacy. God bless and keep them.
The young woman who works in the area is incredibly rude, not to mention downright awful. I arrived at the shop with a question about a bicycle, and she told me I had to bring it in. I went to my house to get the bike, and when I brought it to the shop, she told me, "Cross the street and find the dark-skinned man on the corner; he's the one who knows..." I found him and told him the young woman needed him, but he replied, "He's on the phone and won't be helping anyone today." I told the young woman, and she said, "If you want, you can leave the bike there, and we'll check it when we have some time. If you don't want to, you can take it with you." She said it all in a dismissive, bored way, completely lacking in tact. Honestly, you can't just leave anyone in a business to handle customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.
