Horrible

I placed an order two hours ago, and the app is still scheduling it. I ordered two soups, and they're taking quite a while to deliver; I live near the restaurant (about six blocks away), and it's taking a long time to get two items to my address.

The rider's service was very fast, but the products were in bad condition and an offer of "Barahon bananas" supposedly with a 70% discount, and they were Fiat, that was a scam.

The service is very poor when trying to contact PedidosYa; there is no effective means of communication, which causes financial losses.
