Place an order never arrived, hard to return your money

They're incredibly disorganized when it comes to canceling orders. They do it after updating the times three times, and they don't offer an immediate refund so you can order again. This app has terrible service; this has happened three times already.

I ordered french fries and they sent plantain chips; they don't have the full amount to give back when you put the cash in.
