Wow!!!

everytime i try to make an appointment with these people they refuse to answer my messages. they're customer service is terrible. it's like they don't want to actually make money. they respond at first then when I asked "what masseuse will be available" they say nothing

Just an all around great business. Owner is super personable and genuinely cares that you have a good experience. 5 stars for sure! Oh and Ana, my masseuse today, is a knockout with great hands.

Amazing place great service

The atmosphere was very strange. The manicure and pedicure took a long time and didn't turn out well; it wasn't what I expected, and the price wasn't fair for the work. There were many women there, and it was unclear what they were doing. The massage was disappointing; I expected a professional massage, but it was more like a light rub. At the end, they asked for a tip, which is voluntary, not something they demand. The atmosphere and service were unpleasant. I wouldn't go back, and they charged too much money for a mediocre service that didn't meet my expectations.
