Horrible. I don't recommend this place if you value your pet's well-being. Six months ago, I took my dog ​​there, and due to the staff's negligence, she escaped. The worst part is that they didn't take responsibility or show any interest in helping me search for her for over two hours or follow up afterward. In my opinion, a veterinary clinic should prioritize the safety and well-being of animals and offer support in case of incidents. Here, I found neither professionalism nor empathy.
