I WENT THERE TO CUT MY DOGS NAILS. I SENT MY DAUGHTER IN WITH HER MOM. I THEN WENT TO PARK THE CAR IN THEIR PARKING LOT. WHEN I GOT INSIDE MY DAUGHTER SAID DONE. I COULD NOT BELIVE IT!!!!! HECTOR DID A GREAT JOB!!!! I ASKED HOW MUCH AND HE SAID NO CHARGE. I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND PET HOSPITAL 💯%.

We live 1 1/2 hours away but brought our injured dog here for a second opinion. They were very professional and took x-rays and did blood work. The vet that we saw only spoke Spanish so I was glad I had someone with me to translate. We shall see how the next few weeks go.

Really gave this place a chance, but was utterly disappointing. They don’t seem to know what they are doing. First, they ran a bunch of unnecessary tests. Second, during the fecal exam my dog (a large breed, weighing 58kg) sat down for a second and the vet literally pulled him up by the tail so hard that his hind legs lifted, and probed my dog while brutely pulling his tail. Third, the overnight kennels smelled absolutely rancid and looked so unsanitary. Fourth, got prescribed meds, bought them at this hospital, got home, read the instructions…my dog needed to take meds 12 times a day all separately, each with a meal… like huh? Ask them to explain cause my dog eat twice a day, not twelve. They literally talk to me like I was stupid, but after like 20 minutes on the phone with three different people, they decided “coincidentally” that my dog didn’t need some of those non refundable meds. Overall, I’ve never witnessed such poor care for an animal, and seems like all they want to do is rack up the bill.
