It's a fried chicken place on Hípica Street, almost across from Jerusalem. There's never any parking. The food isn't very expensive; the chicken breast is good because it's slightly spicy. The fried chicken is also slightly good. They also sell very expensive fried rice. There's a place to sit with air conditioning. There's no parking lot; you have to park on the street, and it's always full. You can eat and drink something for $400 or less, or more depending on how much you eat.
