The food court is clean and organized, but prices are high. Customer service is terrible; some nurses are rude, unfriendly, and mistreat patients. The doctor my mother saw was awful, unscrupulous, and seemed to have bought her medical license.
One of the worst emergency services I've ever received. I took my father for a situation that required immediate attention, and the doctor in charge was constantly asking irrelevant questions, questioning his health, and suggesting we take him to another facility when it was CLEARLY an emergency. The service was terrible. More humanity, less interest.
I'm quite disappointed with this hospital in every way. They wanted to charge my grandmother, who has a diabetic foot ulcer, 500,000 pesos for an angioplasty on her right lower limb. I don't understand; that amount seems outrageous to me. It seems like people prioritize money over health these days. She was admitted there and they charged her 60,000 pesos. Okay, fine, I'll review that bill later because some things don't add up. There are positive and negative things, that's all I'll say. They add things just for the patient's benefit, because we took her to another hospital and she didn't even need to be admitted.
Most of the wheelchairs are in poor condition, there's no toilet paper in the bathrooms, and their main interest is money rather than people's health. The doctors get annoyed if you ask them anything or question anything; they try to confuse people so they stay longer, changing their medication list up to twice a day. I understand that would be improvising. I don't usually post comments like this, but I took my grandmother there two weeks ago and we had to take her somewhere else. I don't recommend it.
Everything was very clean and organized. We went one morning and a wonderful doctor saw us. But we returned another day in the afternoon and the medical and nursing staff were very unpleasant. My diabetic mother went to her appointment to have a cut cleaned and left worse off. December 27, 2019. I don't know if it was because it was December or perhaps they didn't want to work. But they were very rough when cleaning the wound. She couldn't sleep because of the pain, and the next day it was even worse. We're heading to the emergency room.
