Terrible service and zero professionalism. They don't know how to do their job, they deliver the wrong fabrics, and they don't respect measurements or instructions. They are disorganized and irresponsible. They miss deadlines, waste hours of time, and still deliver something different from what was ordered. My experience was a complete disaster. If I could give fewer stars, I would. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

Terrible customer service at the Colinas Mall branch. The arrogance of the young man who helped me (the third time I went to try on the same altered clothing) prevented him from understanding that, as a customer, I simply needed them to acknowledge that they had made a mistake in measuring me. He also explained that, if that wasn't the case, it's their job as tailors to advise customers if they see they're requesting something that doesn't match the current fashion or fabric. According to him, I simply wasn't clear when asking for what I needed. Zero responsibility on his part.

Very bad experience, they don't provide the service they should, they don't work the way you tell them to, and when you send them to do a repair they tell you it will be done in X amount of time and when you go they haven't done anything 🥴
