Excellent service, they have everything and are very friendly.

Always passed near it and could have never imagined that in the city area I would have a hardware store that sells construction goods, as cement, sand and all goodies you construction guys know. I WISH they would advertise this more as I went to several places looking for something to do bathroom renovations and they had it being so close to me. Is an area with a lot of traffic due to the school. But overall perfect.

The worst service. First, they gave me the wrong product when I asked which one I needed, and I had to buy another one unnecessarily. To make matters worse, I asked one of the salesmen for help tightening a clamp on the engine, and their excuse was that they couldn't come out because there were two of them, even though there were very few customers. Poor service, a complete lack of professionalism and empathy. I even offered them some money to help me, but they still wouldn't help. I would never go back.

The service is excellent, both in person and by phone. They have WhatsApp for placing orders and you can receive photos of the products. The only thing missing was that they didn't have a payment terminal and I had to go in person to pay. They suggested a bank transfer but I didn't have a bank account that was compatible with their banks.
