I got it as delivery it’s took about hour but they did inform that they were busy but we definitely enjoyed it. It’s a good place to order from. There were no leftovers with my kids.
Decent pizza, great prices! Service can improve from cashiers. One of the waitresses was very nice, though.
Great Food, delivery order, pizza is very delicious and filling. Would order again.
I don’t usually leave lengthy reviews, but hopefully the following will help both the business, and set proper expectations for potential customers. I placed my order via telephone at 9:15PM, due to them not accepting WhatsApp orders at this particular location. I was quoted a wait time of 15 minutes. I show up around that time. Per the signs above the registers, there should be a queue for ordering there, and for pickup. It was admittedly very busy, yet all the lines basically converged into one large ocean of people. Due to how busy it was, I waited where there appeared to be some traces of patience. When I went to the register, and told the clerk my name, I was instructed my order was not yet ready. It was already past 9:45PM at this time. Due to how busy it was, that didn’t seem unusual. My name was called around 10:25PM. I noticed immediately my box did not feel hot. The pizza was warm at best. Yet I could see several extremely hot orders being served while I had time to take in the ambiance. Some even had steam emanating from the boxes. They have warning machines, so I’m not sure why my order was so cold even if it were ready much sooner than my name being called. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is an extreme organization problem with maintaining flow of business. The employees were very kind and, the restaurant was very clean. But there needs to be a much better job done setting expectations on ready time, and making sure if someone is present, especially if they ordered in advance; that they can retrieve their order in a timely fashion. Also mind you, I was seated right in front of the register, so I would not miss my name being called. Perhaps my experience would’ve been better by ordering in person. I will admit my Spanish is a step above basic at best. So, perhaps that was a factor as well. The pizza was okay, but I’m confident it would’ve tasted much better if it were fresh. From the appearance of my toppings, and color of the cheese; I can tell it had been sitting for a while. If the layout is not set in stone, I would recommend not having the lines for pickup and ordering 30 centimeters apart. If the queue situation cannot be resolved, perhaps install a screen at a vantage point where takeout customers can see when their orders are ready. I noticed they utilize a pager system for dine-in orders, so they do seem to appreciate how technology can enhance the experience. Blessings.
Not my first time at Getto pizza... great pizza at a very reasonable price.. I love it..
