Very poor customer service. The cashier didn't even acknowledge my greeting; I spoke to her four times, and it was like talking to a brick wall. They should have employees trained to provide proper customer service. I had a very bad experience with their employee at 4:19 pm on August 4, 2025.

The pizzas were very elaborate and delicious! The service was very mediocre, with little customer service. You have to ask or beg the cleaning staff several times to bring plates, napkins, etc. And when they do, it's with unfriendly faces. They should receive more customer service training. The play area was without air conditioning; we had to ask them several times to turn it on. I don't know if they are underpaid or lack motivation to work. They weren't friendly at any time.

Pizza Hut – Higüey I confess I was surprised. When they said, “Let’s go to an Italian restaurant,” I never imagined we’d end up at a Pizza Hut… but they proved me wrong (and filled my mouth with flavor). It’s nothing like the places I know in my country. The service was a 10: friendly, fast, and professional. The food was delicious, well-served, and had that special touch you sometimes don’t expect from a chain. But what impressed me most was the restaurant itself: spacious, clean, well-decorated, with the feel of a restaurant rather than a fast-food pizzeria. An experience that, honestly, exceeded my expectations. If you’re in Higüey and you’re looking for something tasty, comfortable, and with great service, this is a very solid option.
